I have a cardinal climber that I planted on a trellis in front of my house. It has taken over the whole trellis and is about 9 foot tall but has not yet to produce a single flower. it gets about 8 hours of sun.I grew it in almost the same spot 2 years ago and it was covered with flowers.
I went and got some bloom booster and given it some of that and still nothing.

I can't really explain why your cardinal climber refuses to bloom for you this year. Since it's getting all the right things in terms of sunlight, water and fertilizer I can only think that it's an environmental thing. You may not get flowers this year due to the weather. I'd try planting again next spring. With any luck the conditions will be just right and you'll get lots of flowers. Hope so!
