Can you give me suggestions on what to plant on the East side of my new house. It is a brand new house with no landscaping. I live in Omaha, NE.

Since you'll be getting morning sun and afternoon shade, choose plants that like part sun. Some to consider include; Lady's Mantle, Astilbe, Bergenia, Lily f the Valley, Bleeding Heart, Blue Fescue, Holly and Bee balm. You can also grow Virginia Bluebells, lamb's ear, Epimedium, Columbing and Wild Ginger in your garden.
