Southern Magnolia - Knowledgebase Question

My Southern Magnolia has never bloomed. It is 3 years old, started out at about 4 ft tall, has tripled in size. any ideas?

It can take magnolias 4-5 years to settle in and become mature enough to develop flowers. I think yours is right on the brink of maturity and should flower for you next year. Hope so!
