I'm looking for an evergreen or nicely structured deciduous vine to cover a 6ft white vinyl fence. Gets partial sun most of day, then afternoon sun...help!

Honeysuckle, Black-eyed-Susan vine, and jasmine are all evergreen and all grow well in your gardening region. Or, you can try out different looks by planting seeds of annual vines. You might like the ability to change the look of your fence each year. Sweetpeas, hyacinth beans and scarlet runner beans are all fast growing vines and all have interesting flowers. Best wishes with your new vine.
