My lily, muscari, daffodil and dutch iris bulbs are still in pots outside and I still water them. Is this wrong? Should they be dry and in a cool place before digging them up and placing them in the refrigerator? Thank you

If the foliage has died down, the bulbs are dormant and do not need to be watered. If they still have foliage, continue to water them on a regular basis until the foliage dies down on its own. Hope this clarifies things for you.
