I accidently fertilized both of my lantanas. Before this, they bloomed beautifully. Now just lush green growth, but no signs of blooms. Should I cut them back drastically, or pull them up and replaced them all together?

Your lantanas will bloom again once the fertilizer leaches away. Since they bloom on new growth, pruning them back should prompt new, and hopefully flowering growth. I wouldn't pull them out - just be patient with them and they'll bloom for you.
