|Bloomington, MN - I want to share plants from my garden: asiatic lilies, peonies, tulips, astilbe. Is September a good time to do this?

|Astilbe can be dug and divided now, and tulips can be dug and replanted but you might want to wait on the lilies and peonies until the first frost kills back the foliage before digging and dividing them. If you dig them now they may be reluctant to bloom for you next year.
