Transplanted Climbing Roses Dying - Knowledgebase Question

Last September we had to move from the very northern part of LA to central LA. I had four climbing roses that I dug up and brought with me, very carefully, in 5 gallon buckets with plenty of water. After I replanted in basically the same area of new yard, two are dying and two others are thriving. How can I save the dying ones?

There is little you can do at this time. I suggest you make sure they do not dry out, but also be careful not to overwater them. Soggy soil is as bad as dry soil! Wait and watch for signs of life. If they are going to make it you will know within a month.
