|I bought a bronze muscadine plant from you last year. I do not know what kind it is or if it is self-fertile. It did not fruit this year. Is there some way to tell what kind I have or if it needs a pollinator. How old does a muscadine typically have to be before it will fruit? Thanks...Amy

|Your muscadine grapevine is self fruitful and will develop grapes without another cultivar nearby. These plants develop grapes about 3 years after planting so you still have another year to wait for fruit. But it will be worth the wait!
