I bought 2 weeping norway spruce last year. One appears to be fine. The other seems to be dying. The branches are turning brown and the needles are falling off. I don;t see any bugs. Should I spray with something?? |
Browning needles and branches usually indicate a root problem. It's difficult for me to diagnose the problem without seeing your Norway spruce. You might want to clip off a branch with both live and dead needles and take it to your local cooperative extension office for positive diagnosis and suggested control remedies.
