At the beginning of the season I purchased a Jasmin plant/bush. I have it in a container on my patio. I know it won't survive the winter in the pot, can I transplant it now since it is done blooming?

There are lots of different kinds of jasmine and not all are hardy in your growing region so it may not be a good idea to plant it in the ground until you determine what type you've purchased. In the meantime, move the plant indoors when the nighttime temperatures drop down to about 50 degrees so it will continue to thrive.
