our weather is still like in the 90s. should i plant bulbs now or wait until the weather cools down. thank you.

I'd store the bulbs in a cool, dark place and plant them when the weather cools down. If you plant them now, they may think it's spring and begin growing. You can wait until late October or early November to plant them and they'll bloom right on time for you. Enjoy your garden!
