I have torn up most of the yard as it was full of weeds. I have planted bahia on the side - in Spring and it is doing well. When should I plant the seed in the back yard - it gets full morning sun and partial afternoon sun. Thanks

If you wait to plant in October or November when the weather is cooler, you should have just as much success with your backyard as you have had with your side yard. The weather will still be warm enough for fast germination but not so hot that you'll need to water too frequently to keep the seeds moist. Best wishes with your new turfgrass!
