what kind of tree.. - Knowledgebase Question

looking for a shade tree front lawn. have in neghborhood can't id. haven't noticed flowers, but leaf turning yellow now..branch has smaller branched with 2 evenly spaced oval leaves that end in a slight point,10 to 12 per. smooth top not lobed no teeth. bright green top much lighter back. 1 midrib. bark seems somewhat smooth,but not flaky like gumbo limbo.have pics if u need.

A picture would really help us identify the tree.
