It looks like morning glory, but has a leaf that looks kind of like a fleur-de-lis. White large trumpet flower w/red throat. Comes back every year. Must be a weed, grows like crazy.

This is one of those instances where a picture is worth a thousand words! It sounds like Brugmansia (Angel's Trumpet), but I can't be sure without examining the flowers. If you can take a photo of the plant and flowers and post it on a public website such as Flickr or Shutterfly and then send us a link to the picture, we can access the photo and identify the plant for you. If that's not convenient, just take a sample of a leaf and a flower into a well staffed nursery or into your cooperative extension office. Helpful folks there can identify your mystery plant.
