when should I lift my Caladium and Gladiolus bulbs in zone 6?

You can lift them when the foliage dies down after your first frost (or as soon as the caladium foliage begins to die down when the weather gets cold). A light frost won't hurt the buried bulbs but you'll want to get them out of the ground before it freezes solid. Best wishes with your garden.
