|I'm not sure what's going on with your pomegranate tree. Very young trees will flower without setting fruit. As they mature they will produce fruits. Some pomegranate trees are strictly ornamental so if your tree has never produced fruit, it may be an ornamental and never will produce fruit. Try to find out which variety you are growing so you'll know whether or not it is capable of bearing fruit. All pomegranates need is lots of sunshine to produce fruit. Wish I could offer more encouragement, but a healthy tree will flower and develop fruit if it is capable of doing so.
