Oleander moths can be difficult to control so repeat applications of Bt (sold as Dipel or Thuricide) when you see the caterpillars is the best method of control. Be sure to apply according to label directions and thoroughly spray both the upper and lower parts of the leaves. Repeat as each new generation hatches and you'll get control of those pesky caterpillars.
