My St. Augustine grass has several warm season annuals such as crabgrass, woods week, goosegrass, alexandergrass as well as some perenial woods. What postemergent herbicde would be most effective or is it best for my lawn and can I use it when the temperature is consistently below 90 deg. In my area this should be in about 3 - 4 weeks.

Not many weed killers can be used on St. Augustine, especially during the summer time but I think your plan is a good one - wait until temperatures cool down and then apply Ortho? Weed-B-Gon Weed Killer for St. Augustine Lawns, or Scotts? Bonus S Weed and Feed for Southern Lawns. Both are safe for St. Augustine. Enjoy your garden!
