when is the best time to divide my aiasic lilies?

It's best to allow the plants to experience a hard freeze before digging and dividing. The frost will signla the bulbs to go into dormancy. Once the stems and foliage have been killed by a frost, cut them off at ground level, then carefully dig the bulbs. You can replant immediately. Best wishes with your lilies!
