My vining rose blaze, the leaves are turning yellow with brown spots. what can I do to solve this? Thank You.

The leaves may simply be preparing to drop because it's the end of the growing season. Since it's so late in the season, just allow them to fall and be sure to rake them up and remove them from the garden. Next spring prune your plant back, both to remove any disease infected stems and to encourage new growth. If your plant develops leaf spots next spring, use a fungicide such as Rose Defense to control the problem.
