when is the best time to transplant a big leaf hydrangea?

You can transplant your hydrangeas now, in the fall, or wait until next spring. Either way, the cooler temperatures of the season and the normally abundant rainfall will help reduce transplant stress in your shrubs. Enjoy your garden!
