I have read a lot of your Q&A on this plant but what I have read is for other parts of the country. I live in Avondale, AZ. I have this plant inside how do I move it outside. What temperature can I safely move it outside. It says full sun, but what does that mean in Arizona

With the exception of the hot summer months, mandevilla will grow outdoors quite happily if given morning sun and shade from hot afternoon sunshine. If you keep yours indoors from May through September, it should be happy outdoors from October through April. Hope this answers your question.
