Will a Granny Smith apple tree grown from a seed produce apples?

Yes, although it may take 7 to 10 years for it to mature enough to begin bearing. Although Granny Smith is partially self fertile, the seedling, like most apples, will probably require a second variety to pollinate it. . The seedling will also not be identical to the Granny Smith variety, although it may be similar.
