I'm in zip code 75035; what fruit trees can I plant?

There are quite a few fruit trees that do well in your gardening region. It will be important to provide them good drainage as you will experience some long, rainy spells. Raised beds is the easiest way to accomplish this. Among the better choices are apples, apricots, pears (European and Oriental), cherries, persimmons, Satsuma oranges, kumquats, and figs. Enjoy your edible landscape.
