Please advise best time of year to transplant Nandina (Heavenly Bamboo)schrubs.

You can dig and transplant nanadina shrubs in the spring or in the fall. Either will work because the temperatures are cooler and rainfall usually abundant. These conditions will lessen transplant shock. Best wishes with the moves!
