can daffadil bulbs be planted in the spring? or should they be planted in fall?

All spring flowering bulbs need to be planted in the fall. They must have a 12-16 week chilling period before they will develop roots and they must develop a root system before they can produce foliage and flowers. Plant your daffodils this fall and they will bloom right on time next spring.
