Do any of you know what I can use as a makeshift grow light?

Gro-Lites provide a full spectrum of light waves which help plants grow indoors. Many gardeners use special grow lights, others use ordinary fluorescent tubes (one "warm" and one "cool" type bulb) in "shop light" fixtures. These are the hooded shop lights with chains attached to the hoods so you can raise and lower the hood as your plants grow. The plants need to be kept within just a few inches of the bulbs and the bulbs should be kept on 12-14 hours per day. They're relatively inexpensive and I think they're efficient. Hope they work as well for you.
