Knock Out Roses should be pruned in the spring, just as you would prune any other rose. Or, you can wait until your first hard frost sends them into dormancy and prune them then. Don't prune in the fall, though. Warm temperatures can encourage new growth which won't have time to harden off before winter weather arrives. Best wishes with your landscape. |
