|When is the best time of year to trim the strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, and blackberry shrubs? And how should one trim them? Thanks.

|You can trim your strawberry plants after the first frost kills the foliage. The caneberries can be pruned immediately after you've harvesting the fruit. In the case of blackberries and raspberries, completely remove the canes that have developed fruit (they will fruit on new canes next year); your blueberries can be pruned just like a hedge. Early spring is the best time to prune blueberries - prune before they set flowers. Hope this answers all your questions.
