are veggie plants annuals (tomatoes, peppers, green beans, zucchini)or do they have to be replanted each spring?

In the Pacific Northwest, your vegetable plants are considered annuals. They will die down with your first frost and should be removed from the garden. You can replant in late April or early May. Best wishes with your garden!
