How long do eggplants live and produce fruit? Thanks

Eggplant is considered a warm season annual. It is tender and will stop growing if temperatures dip down below 40F. As long as your weather remains warm, it will remain alive. If the temperatures are above 75F, the plants will flower and produce for you.
