My cauliflower and cabbage plants are very healthy and large...but no heads are forming. How can I get my plants to produce the fruit? Also since I have no heads can we eat the leaves? Thank you

You didn't mention how long ago you planted your cabbage and cauliflower. Each will take 80 to 90 days to mature and form heads. I'd leave the foliage alone for now. The leaves are busy manufacturing energy for the roots. If you remove them, the plant will mature more slowly. Time is all it takes for your plants to mature so just be patient with them. It will be worth the wait!
