My lily, muscari, iris, and daffodil bulbs have been in the refrigerator since Sept. 14. When can I take them out and plant them? Thank you

You can plant everything outdoors after they have experienced a 14 week cold treatment. Typically these bulbs are planted in mid- to late-December in southern California.
