Hi again, I live in Pittsburgh, PA was wondering if it is too late to plant Boxwood and Firepower Nandina Bush? Do they have enough time to develop root system before winter? If not, how do I store them in winter? Thanks.

Plant roots will grow as long as the soil at the root depth remains unfrozen. I'd go ahead and plant the shrubs. Water them well after planting to help settle the soil and continue to water each one once a week until the ground is frozen. Enjoy your garden!
