squirrels attacking pansies - Knowledgebase Question

had planted pansies in flower beds but i see them dug up and lying around on top of soil. we have squirrels running around. it is heartbreaking . it is especially worse after the rain. please help

There's really no solution other than caging in your pansies. You can make a hoop out of the wire, secure it to the ground with wire anchors and close up both ends. This will discourage the squirrels and eventually they will go play somewhere else. After a few weeks you can safely remove the wire barrier. Good luck with your pansies.
