does the foot candle requirement found on grennhouse growing guides for annuals and seeds mean foot candles needed per hour or per 24 hours? thank you linda

Footcandles is a measurement of the intensity of light. Greenhouse plants will need a specific amount of light (measured in foot candles) for 14-16 out of every 24 hours period.
