Selection of flower colors - Knowledgebase Question

Should I consider flower colors that complement the brick color to our rental home. It's not pink or mauve but is somewhere in this color family. Maybe rose blush/frost not red.

I think you're going in the right direction. I like to choose plants that will contrast with the background color. In your case, blues, purples, whites or even yellowing flowering perennials will stand out against the color of your bricks. Best wishes with your new plants!
