A lot of my lantana, yellow bells and orange jubilees got frost bit a couple of weeks ago when we had the freeze come through. They are now loosing there dead leaves and really looking bad. Is it okay to trim off all the dead leaves now or is it best to wait until February or March before doing any pruning?

Go ahead and prune away any frost damage. While it's possible another frost might hit in January, it's just as possible it will not. I'd be optimistic and consider the early frost to be the only one of the season. If another arrives, you will only need to prune away any frost damage. Your plants will rebound as the weather warms. Enjoy your garden.
