Don't give up on your lawn just yet. Grass seeds will germinate when the soil temperatures are about 40F but they will germinate slowly. Most of the seeds will wait until spring weather arrives before sprouting. So, keep the area damp but not soggy wet and wait until spring. If there's still no growth, you may need to overseed in the spring. Hope it greens up soon!
