This is the second time I've asked with no answer. When to Trim tops of Oleanders and to transplant Privot

Spring, when new growth starts, is the best time to thin and prune your oleanders. You can dig up and transplant privet starts anytime the ground is not frozen. Best wishes with your landscape!
