whenis it time to prune hibiscus, roses, oleander, and crepe myrtles

You can prune your plants in late February or as soon as you see new growth beginning to emerge. Since crape myrtles flower on the new growth of the season, prune yours back now so they'll be ready to grow and flower when the weather warms. Enjoy your garden!
