Trilliums are woodland plants that grow and flower in the spring and then go dormant when the weather warms. Plant yours in rich, moist, but well-drained soil with a neutral to acidic pH. Plant them twice as deep as the bulbs are tall, in part to full shade and give them an annual mulch of rich organic matter. Aside from watering to keep the soil moist while they are actively growing and flowering, no special care is neeeded. Enjoy!
