I put the peach seed which I put in the fridge for about 2 months in the ground. It's about 3 inches tall now. I want to move from the back yard to my front yard. Should I do it now? Or should I wait till it's bigger and warmer weather?

Your peach tree seedling will be easier to move while it's small so I'd move it now before the root system becomes too established in the ground. Dig a generous hole so you don't accidentally damage the roots and when you replant it, be sure it sits at the same soil level as it was prior to the move. Good luck with your new peach tree.
