right now i have a 4 inch plant in the home dopot container . and i was wondering if i can make a bigger container out of a big bucket ? if i can, how? it is winter |
You can use a big bucket as long as it has drainage holes in the bottom so excess water can drain out. Without good drainage your pothos will die. Drill holes in the bottom of the bucket and then fill it with regular potting soil and transplant your pothos into the bucket. Be sure to put a plate or drip tray beneath the bucket to catch any excess water. Good luck with your new plant. |
