I see that my roses are starting to bud out...just a little. But I did not cut them back. May I cut them down now or should I wait until Spring?

Now that your roses are beginning to show signs of growth you can safely prune them back. In fact, you can prune them anytime from January through April. Your roses are in a hurry to grow so go ahead and prune them back now. Enjoy your roses!
