|Browning leaf tips or leaf margins can indicate overwatering or dry indoor air. Try watering thoroughly and then allowing the soil to dry out slightly between waterings. You can stick your finger down into the soil to check the moisture level. If the soil is dry a half inch below the surface, it's time to water. If the soil is still moist, you won't need to water for another few days. Best wishes with your houseplants.
