Garyville, Lo
I have a new house with no lawn, i got it landscaped. Is this a good season to put seeds down or should i wait for it to warm up? I have weeds growing, should i use a herbiside before putting the grass seeds down? |

Early spring, when both the soil and the air temperatures are warm, is the best time to sow grass seeds. You can dig or pull the weeds now (or use a vegetation killer) so that you have a clean slate when it's time to broadcast your grass seeds. Enjoy your new lawn! |
