I have a new house with no lawn, i got it landscaped. Is this a good season to put seeds down or should i wait for it to warm up? I have weeds growing, should i use a herbiside before putting the grass seeds down?

Early spring, when both the soil and the air temperatures are warm, is the best time to sow grass seeds. You can dig or pull the weeds now (or use a vegetation killer) so that you have a clean slate when it's time to broadcast your grass seeds. Enjoy your new lawn!
