We have indoor Hibiscus plants that have tiny white bugs on them. They fly around like gnats, but are distinctly white in color. Do you have a suggestion how to get rid of them? Thank you.

Sounds like a population of whiteflies and you can control them with applications of insecticidal soap. Be sure to spray the undersides of the leaves and the stems - that's where the eggs will be found. Good luck with your hibiscus.
