Is it to early to cut my roses backand fertilize? I have hybrids and knockouts.

I'd wait until all danger of frost has passed and the roses begin to show swelling buds on the stems. If you prune them back now and have a week or two of warm weather, new growth will begin. Then, if you have a late freeze, all the new growth will die back and you'll need to prune again. I'd just wait until early March to do any pruning. Enjoy your roses!
